Every engagement starts with a proper conversation and 50% of the project quote upfront — it locks your slot in the studio calendar. The remaining 50% is settled only when the final files are in your hands. Bank transfer, Wise or PayPal; invoice provided at every stage.

First drafts typically land 48–72 hours after the sketch phase is approved. Full projects run 3–7 days for video, 2–5 for audio, 1–4 for photo and 1–3 weeks for websites, depending on scope.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two structured rounds on every project, included in the quote. Extra rounds are quoted upfront at a flat rate — you'll never see a surprise line item on the invoice.
How do payments work?
After the client meeting we send a quote; 50% upfront begins production, the balance is due on final delivery. We accept bank transfer, Wise and PayPal, and invoice at every stage.
Do I own the files afterwards?
Yes — masters, source files and an organized archive are handed over on final payment. Everything is yours, permanently, with no usage restrictions for your brand or channels.
Can you rush a project?
Usually, yes — if the studio calendar allows it. Rush jobs carry a 25% priority fee, agreed upfront. If we can't hit your deadline honestly, we'll tell you on the first call.
What happens if I don't like the draft?
The sketch phase exists to prevent exactly that — direction is agreed before production. If a draft genuinely misses, the two revision rounds rebuild it with you. In the rare case we can't land it, you only ever pay the 50% you already committed.
